        I had been experiencing heating issues for some time. I called Jim Bonetti at Total Comfort Services to come out and determine what I needed. He identified several issues including some airflow problems caused by faulty ductwork. He gave me several options for repair or replacement, all while being mindful of the cost. After considering all the factors, I decided to go with a total replacement. Jim showed me the options for new units and explained in excellent detail all the work that would be done. The work was quite extensive but Kurt, Justin, and Nathan handled it all with professionalism and kept me informed throughout the process. Kurt put vents into a space I would have never thought would accommodate them and fabricated an amazing sheet metal enclosure on site. They tried to keep the house comfortable while the work was progressing and left everything in great shape when finished. I am a very satisfied customer and would, without hesitation, recommend Total Comfort Services.

        Best HVAC company

        Jim and his guys were on time, professional and affordable. They convinced me to put in a smaller sear unit and use that savings to add insulation in my attic bill. They have saved me so much money! Highly recommend Total Comfort to anyone!
