Snappy Lube

I went in to get a State Inspection. Every car that I have had 4 to be exact they have done my inspections with no issue. Today my Inspection paper stated I owed 13.60 & once my card was swiped I was told my total was 23.60. I asked about the difference. He told me that it was due to tint. But the inspection paper clearly shows 0.00. My car has factory tint, it came with the car. Talked to the manager and general manager and they both seemed unconcerned and brushed it off. Safe your time and go to any other business but Snappy Lube Nash St.

I was having trouble with my inspection (Emissions switches not ready), so I ended up here. The technician was nice and told me what I needed to do. Went back 3 times, still failed, I asked for antoher printout so I could get a waiver, Guy in Glasses said no, The technician knew what i was talking about and hooked me up, took 2 mins. Well I bought a hand-held OBD II unit so I can tell when the switches are ready. They finally came in, so feeling a little loyal to this place I drove up immediatey, it was 5:45, but doors wide open, not a sole there, Young man attempted to help me.....guy in glasses was there, came out said I wasn't going to get an inspection today, total a$$hole in my book, I was liking his workers, but I'm not going to support that guy....Shame. I guess he thought i wasn't going to pass, shouldn't have mattered....I will never go there again, and I will also tell my friends not to. I would give the older AA gentleman 5 stars, but the ownr/manager, who appeared to be in charge would get zip if it was possible. Shell in Rocky Mount has always treated me well, Way to go Snappy Lube.
