this man is very dishonest & had my car over 3 weeks longer than he originally stated and now not to mention my car is back in the shop getting repaired because of his work not being done correctly.

Bad services had my car a year ago doing a clutch got the car back with no problems and a week ago it started making noise from the motor so I parked it at home thinking it was a release bearing well I got the transmission out yesterday and the flywheel was not properly torqued so it was floppy in the transmission which caused other problems called his shop today and he will not warranty this said it was my fault had to be my driving and I needed to resolve it myself which I will do no skin off my back just wanted to keep other good people from getting screwed over like I did I gave it the benefit of doubt till I seen it myself the bolts holding the flywheel to the motor were hand tight which created a very dangerous situation for me and my family and this business is responsible also just a little F.Y.I this is not the current location of this business its now located off of Midland ave

Update from my fb as of today. Ninjas, you know I do not just bash people. I am not rude, ugly, or mean. You might remember me talking about having my truck fixed a lot in 2014 which started with the transmission. Maybe you even remember me talking about my daughters vehicle having issues after that and from time to time I mentioned it was in the shop being worked on but I never EVER posted on fb about who had it or that they were doing warranty work most the year and that our vehicles would just sit there for months. I was not ugly. I do believe in reviews when business pages have a page and the page ask you to give reviews, I believe we should do that. I posted my review without posting anything about this place on my timeline. WELL, he has had my oldest daughters vehicle at his shop for months to fix what he didn't fix the first time and under warranty. Been now going on a year. He charged her $1,750.00 to repair the head gasket. After it continued to have issues we took it to someone else and they said "if what he wrote on his receipt is what he claims to have done.........he didn't do it" So she took it back and he has had it since. Keep in mind she has been paying her car payment and insurance each month without the vehicle. He continued to give us different days as to when it would be ready but guess what.......today was the day. Then he called my husband and said he saw my review from weeks ago about his business and that he is not fixing it. He said we can have it picked up by today or else. He said that no matter what, he is not fixing it. Unbelievable. He has had it for months. And I know he was rude and ugly to her because he was to me the whole time. He told me once that he would get to my truck when he got the other crap Ford off his rack. He also told me that it would only take 15 minutes to fix mine but he needed to finish the other Ford first. WHAT? He had my vehicle for over a month for something that would take 15 minutes and was warranty. When he kept changing the date of when his warranty work would be done, I called for an update and he said "I will be glad when I have your truck off my property and it will be your mess to deal with". He is rude and ugly. As of December 23rd he has had our daughters vehicle for over 3 months. Now it is close to 4 months and he calls today and says he isn't touching it because of my review. SERIOUSLY! She is a single mother and works really hard and needs her vehicle. It was the head gasket so basically now she would need a used engine. He needs to do what is right and fix what he didn't fix to begin with. He is mad over one review that I did on his business? How about do people right and you don't have to worry about ANY bad reviews. I am positive by the time I am done searching I will find other victims. Momma bear is here for the party and he has not heard the end from me on this. This is wrong and I will tell everyone I can find about him! Please feel free to share. If you know anyone in Georgia please definitely share so they are not done wrong also. All this time and I have said nothing about him. But this is ridiculous and it's his fault she needs a new engine. He said he would fix it AND she still owes almost $8,000 on it. She does not deserve to pay $4,000.00 to have it replaced. I am so frustrated and he stated there is nothing we can do to make him repair it, he is also claiming after having it for four months and saying he would repair it under warranty that now it is her fault and if we sue him he will claim that .....................that was said after he said "get it off my lot today, I am not repairing it"!

NO JERRY did not replace any head gasket. The water pump did go bad and she was going to pay Jerry to fix that. But that was not the main issue. The repair was not done. We took to another shop and they said you didn't do what you said so we called you and you said bring back and you would fix. You have had since September and today after seeing MY review....you called and said you saw the review and you are not fixing it and to come get it. You are punishing a single mom because I wrote a bad review. Not right. But you have to sleep with that. We are taking the necessary steps which none include slander. IF that was the case then why would you have taken it back to repair under warranty and if not warranty then why would you have held it since September??? Your story is NOT adding up. And you told my husband you don't curse at people or hang up on people........look at your other bad review on here.....same thing. You should be ashamed. I will get the honest truth out about you.

yes I worked on there car I did replace head gaskets and they are bad again but water pump went bad and they kept driving and burnt them out again

I took my car here to get the transmission fixed. While picking up the car they were sharing stories about other customers? Three weeks later the car is still leaking after paying them $650 to fix it. And now it is making a noise as well. I take it back considering the leak was never fixed hoping for a resolution but they just say it some thing new and "It sounds the same, but its not the same"??? Plus they cussed at me on the phone and called me an a**hole cause I said that made no sense. This people are rude! And I am seeking help to get my car fixed right by them. I have never encountered such rude service! And they still refuse to fix my car now that they messed it up even more.
