Very happy with the price and the work done at Charlie's Garage. My truck was 8n bad shape and he fixed a couple of problems I had and my truck has been running good for a while, I am really happy with my experience.

Chuck is my go to mechanic. As a woman, I often wonder if I’m being taken advantage of at a mechanic – and I can tell you at Charlie’s Garage, this is never the case! Any Jeep issue that arises, I always take it here. I get quick service and honest answers to the needs of my vehicle. I have never been taken advantage of and everything is fixed correctly. I one hundred percent trust this establishment!

Watch out for this place! Labor rates are low, but I guess you get what you pay for. This place was recommended to me when I was new to the Winston-Salem area, but one visit there turned into a money pit after "problem" after "problem" was discovered by Charlie. My truck never ran right after my first visit there, and it has taken 3 different mechanics to put it back into shape after spending more than $2000.00 of what were found to be mostly unnecessary repairs by Charlie. This guy is either a moron or a complete crook. The business has been in the area a long time, so maybe they just don't like folks from out of town. Disgusting waste of money and time!!
