Flow Paint & Body Facilities

I live in Durham but had heard good things about Flow so I drove an hour and half to get a small repair done on my Audi A5. After 2 weeks, I was told that the repairs were complete, the car had been checked by a technician, and it was finally ready to be picked up. I once again drove an hour an a half to Flow and within a few seconds of pulling off the lot found that the wheel was crooked (I had to hold it at 1:00 position to go straight. Putting the wheel straight would have sent me into a wall). When I walked back in and brought this up with the staff (having them drive it so they could see for themselves) I was told that they must not have fully checked that it was working. The kicker was that meant I would need to drive all the way back an hour and a half again in a day or two to pick it up after the wheels had been re-aligned.



When you're paying top dollar you expect a job well done, not a car with visible flaws. Do yourself a favor a save yourself the headache of Flow motors.
