Merchant's Tire and Auto Service Center

This particular merchant tire is so unprofessional. We (my husband and I) called Monday afternoon to order a tire. We were told they had this tire in another location and could have the tire and put it on, on Friday. Friday came and they said it wouldn't be there until Saturday. I called and scheduled my appointment for Sunday because I couldn't make it there on Saturday. Sunday morning, 30 minutes before my appointment, they called and said they actually didn't have the tire at all. They said they have a similar tire they could ship in today, then called back an hour later only to say, no they wouldn't be able to get that tire by today because they don't have a driver. What!!!!! I have been using a spare tire for nearly a week, all while they have been giving us a run around. We could have already gotten the tire fixed somewhere else. Luckily I haven't had an accident with this spare. They obviously don't care about their customers or their safety.

I had get a new set of rims for my truck. Did not scratch them. They got it done in a timely matter. Great job

the second time i went to them it was much worse of a mistake than the first. why didn't i learn my lesson the first time you may ask. well I like that you can venture into there shop area and watch your cars progress. so the first time i was there watching the worker screw up even the simplest task of a tire removal from the wheel i began to feel precocious about there work. just then a senior member came and remedied the situation. The second time i was worked over pretty hard though and will not return. I am a backyard mechanic and replaced a rubber brake line myself but didn't have time to bleed the line. My fiance was driving the truck the next day so I insisted she take it in and get them bled as I had to go out of state for work the next day. The somehow convinced her that they had no idea what I had meant by bleeding the brakes and then proceeded to convince her the brakes needed a complete overhaul! and she did it...........................never again merchant. all who i speak to will go to the other guy.................when i find them!)

I went to this shop to have a tire installed. I already had the tire in the trunk. Well when I called to find out how much it would cost to have it installed, I was quoted one price and upon arrival the cost went up. So I explained to the Manager (?) this was not what I was told. He snatched my key and said the price is what I said it was (I guess he was joking??). They then serviced two other customers who came after me and never said I’ll be a little while longer or we'll get to you shortly..nothing!! I finally tracked this Manager down and demanded my key. This place has no professionalism. One of the customers they serviced before me was there complaining because they improperly installed something on his car. Don’t trust their work!
