Primecare Of North Point

Went for a follow up had an actual appointment at 9:30am still waiting at 10:23 to even get in a room! What the heck? Told I would be next, nope someone else called before me yet again. No point in having scheduled times if you don't follow them!! Tired of hearing the staff up front talk and giggle about non work related stuff. Horrible place to come they obviously don't give a crap.

Never going there again. I have went to Prime Care for years. Lately I have had bad luck with neck and back injuries. Today I went there after being in a car wreck only to be accused of Vicodin addiction. I have never once asked them for Vicodin. They always choose, of their own accord, to give it to me. I told the doctor that I usually don't even take it when they give it to me. He basically called me a liar.

Terrible place to go. I have been going there for years, only to find out that they have misdiagnosed everything. They are very narrow minded. If you have more problems than just a runny nose go somewhere else. Three years and about 12k after insurance, This has been a pretty expensive experience. Can you believe I had one of the girls PA that work there the other day tell me you can't feel a hiatal hernia. She told me how experienced she was, she had 11 years experience. "You can't feel a hiatal hernia.".......... Are you kidding me. Never again

I had a wonderful experience at Primecare of Northpoint!!!! from the moment i walked in to the moment i checked out. they were very caring and took extra time with me i didnt feel like they were rushing to get me in and out!!!! i would recomend to anyone to go there!!!! so good to know there are still people in this world who care!!!!

I came into Primecare North Point the other day with what I thought was a urinary tract infection. After a thorough exam by the doctor, who was very nice and concerned for how badly I felt, she felt that I should have other test done to make sure they didn't miss anything. Come to find out, I had a UTI and the FLU!!! If the doctor had not gone out of her way to be thorough, I might have continued to be sick and spread the virus to others. Everyone from the front desk to the lab staff were very helpful and kind. They made what was a horrible day for me a litle easier! I will come back if I ever need anything else! I guess I should have went there ealier and got a flu shot!!

I was very pleased with my care that I received while here. Upon entering I was given paper work and got back to see the doctor in no time. The staff there at Prime Care North Point was sooo caring. I will no doubt refer any family and friends here. Prime Care Ya'll ROCK ++++
