My experiences at Montvale Tire have always been extremely positive. From the phone call to schedule an appointment to the customer service you receive when you walk through the door to the moment you leave you are always treated with respect and the feeling that the staff truly wants to help you. I NEVER feel as though I am being rip off, instead I feel they do a great job at an extremely reasonable price. They are very knowledgeable and always go above and beyond to help fix any of your problems. As a last positive point, from a woman's standpoint walking into a garage knowing nothing about my car I never feel intimidated or uncomfortable (like I have at other places). Montvale tire is an extremely professional atmosphere that I would reccommend to anyone.
