Dave's Service Center

I have used Dave's Service Center several times since moving to Wolcott, every repair has been spot on and priced reasonably. I believe that the reasonable prices and excellent repairs may cause delays in booking an appointment to get your car into the shop but it has been worthwhile. I feel that it is my responsibility to stay on top of when my car will be ready.

I wanted to give this zero stars, but it wouldn't let me rate it without giving at least one. So pretend it has none. This garage has now had my car for two weeks. Never once have they called me...in TWO WEEKS...to update me on the status of the car. When we call to check on it, I've been told everything from a) it will be ready later that same day, to b) it will be ready in two days, They have also done an enormous amount of work without our authorization. When we call they simply tell us what they are now doing (it changes every few days). The price range has gone from $1300-$2100. I have actually filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I would not suggest this garage to anyone, ever, for any reason, no matter how simple or complicated your needs may be.
