I went to Steve’s and had them nitrogen fill my tires. A few months later prior to a road trip and asked them to top off the nitrogen in my tires. They were more than happy too.... and they did it immediately! I definitely will be going back!

So I went back to Steve’s to get an alignment on my BMW. My alignment and steering wheel have been off left for about 5 years no matter who aligns it, including the BMW dealer in Alexandria. I have had 3 alignments in 3 years and it still wasn’t straight. I made a last minute same day appointment for an alignment. I told Scott what was wrong and he assured me they would do everything they could to get it straight. On the way out the door I requested a State inspection. Again, they said they would do their best to get it done. FINALLY, my car drives straight with out having to hold the steering wheel off center and I don’t have to make another appointment for a state inspection!

Thank You Steve’s Auto Repair and Tire!!!

Steve’s Tire & Auto is by far the best garage I have taken my cars to! My husband has been going to them for the last 3 years and today I figured out why! We are a military family getting ready to PCS across the country. My husband said he wanted to get the tires switched to nitrogen. I didn’t have an appointment and just walked in. Not only did they do a nitrogen fill on my tires, but I was on my way in only 10 minutes. They literally had me immediately pull into a bay and used their “Big Green Machine” to do the nitrogen swap on my minivan. AMAZING!!! Now I know why my husband has been faithfully going to them. It’s too bad we are moving... I hope this helps if you are looking for a great garage with amazing customer service & satisfaction.

I've been going to Steve's auto repair for years and two car generation. They always tell me what's worth spending money on and what is not. I had an old car that was making a weezing sound while driving. A technician went for a ride with me, heard the sound and told me to go home and get used to it! That is the honest advice I was looking for! The other time my Jeep got broken into and vandalized, they put everything back together and only charged me $120! I trust this auto repair! Thank you guys for years of honest service!

Just beware. I went to Steve's...

Just beware. I went to Steve's today. I read all the reviews and was really impressed. They were cordial and nice. Well, I already knew what was wrong with the car, and let them know (I went to Auto Zone and had the error code). Anyway, they told me they would take care of it, I really am about supporting small businesses. I got a call at noon today and almost fell out of my chair. They wanted almost $1000 to fix a $30 problem. I just did not have the time to fix the issue. It was a simple part (an ignition coil and spark plug). I declined the work, and then they hit me with a $150 service charge. Yes... A $150 service charge (shop fees, disposal fees, etc. unreal). Remember, I gave them the error code and they just confirmed it. I really was disappointed. I just moved here and really wanted to find a reasonable local mechanic I could trust. These guys are on another planet. It is almost criminal to charge some on $1000 for a $30 part and something that takes 10 minutes to fix. Well, I fixed the problem tonight. It took 5 minutes. No kidding... 5 minutes. My only recommendation is to get everything in writing prior to them TOUCHING your car. I would never have authorized them to conduct a test, which I got for free at AutoZone, that costs over $150.

Because customer service is very important to us, we are sorry this gentleman feels this way. Unfortunately, he has not responded to our phone calls, emails or certified letter we sent to try and resolve the issue.

This listing has been claimed by a business representative.
