        We took our Lexus R350 in to Ali's Woodinville to replace one headlight and other services. We received our car back with both headlamps out. Lady had said they couldn't guarantee the replaced headlamp because the one lamp housing was cracked and not sealed from the weather and suggested we replace the housing, but both headlights were now out (I wish I'd checked before I left). So I had to bring the car in now for the lamp housing replacement, and while doing so was talked into fixing the bumper because the bumper was missing a bracket and wasn't secure. It looked secure enough, but I went ahead on the premise that it would save on labor costs -2 birds, 1 stone. When I picked up the car with a new lamp housing and bumper, I asked if the lights were working and was told "yes". Later that day, I remembered I had a 10% coupon for any service repair. I stopped by the very next morning and they would only credit my account. Two weeks later, after driving at night a few times, I realized the lights weren't bright and found both main headlamps were still out! (only running lights worked). Driving around without headlamps put me and my son in danger. I stopped by Ali's Woodinville to have them look at the problem AGAIN, and they finally replaced the headlamps (this time I checked), but used my credit and charged me $25 to boot! So I paid labor to have lights replaced because Ali's mechanic was incompetent! Not to mention the extra time required to bring it back again. My car was returned to me twice without working headlamps and the lady insisted I owed them more money. Can you believe that!
