Camping World

On our recent camping trip we experienced a gas regulator failure do to a defective part. This caused us to loose the use of our cooking and heating equipment also our gas was depleted. On getting in touch with the service department they stepped up to the plate and saved the day. I want to thank them and commend them for there outstanding service.

Wonderful all around!! Salesman Mark Vaughn was extremely helpful in getting me into a unit that would best fit my needs, wants and price range. Service and unit informative “walk around” and initial hook up was great. They were patient with me as I asked questions. That all asked if they covered everything I needed. Very happy!

Arianne is a well rounded worker. She is great at assisting people in anything they need and answering any questions that they ask. Arianne is a team player and a great listener.

John was awesome and knowledgeable!

5/5 stars, I had a wonderful experience here! I’ve been looking at particular travel trailer for a while now and was finally ready to pull the trigger. Jon was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products and I got exactly what I wanted 😊 I asked 100 questions during the purchasing process but he stuck with me!

Just the best experience hands down. Camping World was the 1st dealer we visited because they were the only ones open on Sundays But wanted to shop a round to make sure We were getting the best deal. But after visiting other dealerships And dealing with very unprofessional Sales manager we ended up back where we started and thank God we did. Because hands down Camping World was the best and ended up purchasing our dream RV.

Although I didn't purchase my RV from Camping World, they are my neighborhood go to place for warranty repairs, general maintenance and service and the purchase of RV and Camping supplies. My most recent experience resulted in a pleasant surprise. Although the wait for the needed warranty parts from the manufacturer was lengthy it only took the service department one day to fix the laundry list of warranty issues. Kudos to the tech team and my service advisor, Todd Wilson.

This was an all around excellent buy from Camping World Woodstock, I really can't see why they would not be rated best in the the ATL area, but then again, who really knows? Glenn Glover was our sales associate and did he put it on, however, being a somewhat experienced camper, I figured real quick he was an experienced guy who can run circles around everyone else. I'm the type of guy who has to picture myself in this camper and he gave me that time. I told him I'd possibly check back the next day, I expected pressure but there wasn't any. I called him at 9:00am to let him know my credit report had been submitted the night before. For some reason the email the dealer and not me, well that was ok, I was approved anyway. My wife and I arrived at 2:00pm and we got our greeting at the door where we met Glenn, Eric, and Ian, don't know if I'm spelling his name correctly but he sure does know Thor Motor Coach like the back of his hand. The orientation he gave to my wife and I could'nt have been any more explanative. From the there we entered and toured the store, wow, wow. That was a great deal on our part. Glenn ensured us we'd be well taken care, and he was right. Thanks a million Glenn, anything I can ever do to help with any service, just reach out and you have a closet to help, again thanks Glenn.

Mike and Josh need to be recognized for excellent service and customer service.
On Monday 13 January 2020 Mike drove my RV from Woodstock to Augusta where I am stationed as an active duty officer at FT Gordon. Mike has a great personality and was very helpful. My husband connects everything; therefore, I am not knowledge with connecting. Thank GOD Mike delivered the Jayco trailer, I couldn't asked for a better person. He was patient and hooked up everything. The leak from the water hook up was adjusted to correct the issue. Mike even waited until I was in the trailer safe afterwards before leaving such a gentlemen.
Josh our service advisor can only do what is allowed within his duties. I totally understand, however, I believe he's an great service advisor. Josh is understanding and go above assisting, when I know there's other customers. Thanks again for getting my RV to me on Monday 01/13/2020 I do appreciate it. "I really hope the worst is over I do love my RV and not a different RV."

Josh and Mark in sales were awesome! Everyone at the store made the process pressure free and super easy!!

I’ve had a lot of HORRIBLE experiences before in the past from other RV dealers and high pressure salesmen. I came to camping World of Woodstock expecting the same treatment.
However, I was greeted by Nate Smith who completely changed my perception that all salesmen are NOT alike. From the start, I explained that I was just coming in to look around, not looking to buy anything. Nate made sure to let me know that he was there to not sell me anything but to just give me information and information only on helping guide me on what RV best suites my lifestyle, wants, needs, and future camping experiences. He took a lot of his time answering questions I didn’t even know I had thought of yet and explaining what I should expect leaving with a quote on estimated monthly payments and down payments. Once I save up a little more and get my tax returns back in early next year I WILL be buying my travel trailer from this dealership that helped turn my negative experiences from the past around, and from Nate for helping me out so much without even earning a sale from me yet!
I highly recommend this dealership to anyone that’s looking to buy. They actually care and try to help you vs just trying to sell you anything to earn a commission!
