For a first-timer, buying a car, I had a great experience. I was helped by Ernest Hughes. He was helpful with the information on the many vehicle choices, lenders, car insurance, etc. He eas patient with my daugher and myself throughout the entire time we were there. He even made sure we had lunch. I was a great experience for someone who has never done this before. I felt like apart of the family. All of the staff was helpful and friendly. I would go there again, and plan to for all of my service needs. My car was thoroughly checked, and gases up before driving off the lot. Thank you Ernest, and Apple Nissan

Ever since Dennis the service manager left or was fired for being a decent honest human being, I took my car for scheduled inspection and they failed miserably saying $1000s of dollars worth of repairs where necessary they even wanted $450 to replace my front brake pads really? Then they had the nerve to screw up my tire pressure against my will after I specifically told them to leave them alone I checked two days later should have on the spot but was too upset and wanted to leave and discovered 15 pounds in one tire 25 in another etc would love to see them burn for it but apparently they're above the law like every other scumbag pig corporation in this state and others. Needless to say I went to a regular garage and yes it failed but only cost me a few hundred to fix and got a waiver stickers . Heed my advice all dealerships are scum sucking Parameciums especially Apple Nissan. God bless everyone in the world but them

Beware of the used car sales department they will sell you a vehicle passed inspection on it but never check it... They will welcome you with open arms to get you a vehicle but don't tell you about the problems and what's wrong with the vehicle selling nothing but lemons...the salesman will lie to you about mechanical problems and you tell him there's something wrong with vehicle just to be told the service department checked it and came up with nothing until you take it to other shop and all they can say is that shop is trying to make money off you false information they can't deal with the fact that they're not checking the vehicles before putting them outside for sale...
