Mr. Klean Car Wash

I tried to get a PREMIUM selfserve drive through on Sunday December 27, 2015. I inserted 10.00 for the wash and did not get a receipt. Now I wish I had.........I proceeded to the green light message to far and it flashed to "backup" which I did, but the water/wash never came on. Now I called the number listed above 717-747-0909 and did not get an answer to resolve my problem. I am out a car wash and my $10.00! I would not recommend or go there again. I see why the business was not busy on such a nice day for it being December and Christmas. my number is 717-434-3461 if someone would like to address this with me.
