Had a tire removed and another one replaced, they never put the spare back on the car. Had a flat no spare, had to have the car towed to my house. Well the Mgr I assumed said we don't have it well where did it go. He just threw his hands in the air. Now I have to get another spare tire. Just didn't care at all just went on waiting on someone else and pushed me to the side.
Do not take you tires to this place. They are expensive and customer service is the pits. I had them fix a slow leak, was charged $16 and had to go back a week later because it still was leaking. They refused to fix it and wanted to charge me again. The manage was a real piece of work. My money will go to another place next time.

Provided by SuperpagesNever again! I have been dealing with Penn Tire for over 20 years with never a bad experience until now! I've bought new and used tires and have always been taken care of like a customer should. This time I went with my boy for his car and they didn't even have a new tire his size. It wasn't even a rare size tire for a VW Passat! So he said he had a used one so we bought it. 2 days later it was severely low so he filled it with air and the next morning it was flat. We had a scheduled appt for inspection that day so we filled it up and had the garage change it to the full size spare. Now here's where the real rub comes, my boy forgot all about the tire until I said something to him on Dec 12th. It was already past 2:00pm when they closed so I took it in today 12/14 and the first thing this guy says (without seeing the tire yet) is "it's past the 30 day warranty period." True as that may be we bought the tire on 11/13 (31 days ago) and it was on the car for 2 days! Pissed!

Penn Tire will not get another dime from me. I bought 4 new tires, paid with cash and left without the foreign car tire decal that has to be pulled off. I also knew that I had one brake light out, but when I had my car inspected that same day, I was told that I had "no" brake lights at all because of some loose wires. I am not accusing anyone, but the tires were "great". It must have been "redneck" day.
