the WORST experience we have ever had with ANY BUSINESS EVER IN OUR LIVES. They came half-naked!! (only pants and shoes on) , removed a control box and did not return it, destroyed two pieces of our property and did not report it, told my husband to install a new breaker which he had to buy and did not solve anything, DID NOT fix the problem, left us without water, demanded $390 dollars, promised if it wasn't fixed they would return until it was with no labor cost tp us then refused to do so, gave us no work order, nothing in writing, had us sign nothing.The manager was so incredibly rude she would not even allow my husband to speak a complete sentence. Then they told us- on the PHONE WITH NO OTHER DIAGNOSIS that our well pump was bad and if they retrned it would cost us am amount that came close to two thousand dollars.We have reported them to the state attorney general and the Better Business Bureau. All reviews we have read seem to echo our experience.

After spending 2.5 hrs trying to unclog the sewer drain in our house, and failing, Speedy Rooter left after telling us that our drainpipe was broken and we needed to bring in a backhoe. They charged us $215 + $50 after hours fee. Part of that fee was for time trying to fix their equipment that broke while they were using it. Shame on us for paying right then. The following day, we called someone else who came out & unclogged the pipe in 10 minutes and also informed us that the pipe was NOT broken. We then called Speedy Rooter for some relief from the bill, willing to pay the some $$ for the guy just coming out, even though he did nothing. The guy was very nasty on the phone refusing to negotiate at all and yelling that he would see us in court when we threatened to stop payment on our check. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!

They were the rudest people we have ever dealt with and charged us $800 to replace electrical wire for our water pump. In which I did half of the work, helping the man lift it out of the well. And they charged us for 4 hours of labor while the guy was away getting the parts. When we questioned that the lady on the phone was beyond rude. I'm not sure how they stay in business. SAVE YOURSELF GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE.
