i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended because We've been a customer of Southeast Termite and Pest Control for over 10 ten years. When we purchased our present home, another company had treated it for termites. We wanted all of our properties with Southeast, so we asked Wayne if he would honor their warranty, and he agreed. As misfortune would have it, we found termites in our bedroom window not long after that. We called Southeast and Wayne was over to inspect the damage the next day, had a contractor here to do the repairs within the week and retreated our home.
