Soho Hair Studio

I am a stylist, and a picky one at that. I worked at this salon for a little while and LOVED every minute of it. Though I am not there anymore my sentiments toward the salon are still the same. The staff works very hard to make SOHO a comfortable place. One of the main mottos of the salon is to listen, really listen, to the client. I have not then nor do I now hear any different. Jason is a pro and he knows how to hire stylists that will be in the image he would like to have for the salon. Being a stylist and knowing how to describe exactly what I want and not getting it is a major irritation. This has never been an issue for me at SOHO. I would recommend any service hair, nail, or other that they have to offer!

I had a great color appointment with Lindsey. She was professional, knowledgeable and efficient with time when it comes to her work (she also loves to chat). She is new to the salon, I was instantly in love with the atmosphere of the studio. It is definitley what I was looking for in a salon. Funky but professional. If there is one drawback, I would have to say the parking lot was full with cars not only for the salon, but the other businesses in the building, but the owner moved his car for me and gave me his spot. A+ customer service! I will be a customer here! highly recommend.

Aaron saved me from having the perpetual mom hairdo. His attention to detail, knowledge and professionalism are evident in his work and now I'm back to being a hot mama! Soho is very affordable considering the high quality of stylists. The lofty, artsy feel is a great break from mainstream salon and much appreciated. I'll be getting my hair done at Soho from now on.

I was tired of letting just anybody cut my hair, so I looked online to find a highly rated hair salon in Tucson. Soho was number one on this website and the reviews were sounding like what I wanted, so I made an appointment. I went in tentatively. Having been once bitten by hairstylists, I was really nervous, but everyone there seemed so relaxed that I just went with the vibe. Jason was going to cut my hair. I told him that I'd be happy if my hair just looked better while I was growing it out. He assured me that it would. As the haircut progressed, it was as if he knew exactly what I was thinking. He kept coming up with little ideas to improve the cut just as I was thinking the same things. Jason rescued my hair, and it didn't cost very much either. My cut looks so cute now I may not grow it out after all.

Absolutely fabulous! The salon itself is very unique and comfy. My stylist Jessica is amazing with color and giving you the perfect cut for your face shape. She's very confident in her services as she should be - this girl knows what she's doing!

Great staff, great style, great cuts! I visited Soho for the first time this weekend and I am now a loyal patron. Krystal rocks at giving you the cut and color you envision. Prices are affordable and the place is a great mix of funk and class. I recommend this place to everyone!

Man! This is a cool salon! I came in because I had a promotional gift certificate, not knowing what to expect. The decor is nothin like I have seen in Tucson (I have frequented around 12 salons in my 10 years living in Tucson). It is like a lofty type warehouse inside. The staff is a little on the 'trendy' side with tattoos and funky colored hair but I received a great cut and probably the best highlights I have ever gotten with the owner, Jason. Affordable and TOP quality! I finally have found my favorite salon in Tucson! I highly recommend.-Julie

Jason gave me the most exciting color treatment I've ever had.... dramatic - for me - but subtle enough to look natural.....and it's growing out beautifully... And so are the cuts that Jessie did. Wow. They've looked good at all the different stages - fresh new...as well as a 6 weeks out! I've been very happy with all the cuts and service I've gotten at J Moda Bella.

Jason & Jessi are not only experts in their field and consummate professionals, they are also the nicest, friendliest, most down-to-earth people you will ever meet. Going there is like being in a top-flight New York or LA salon, without the prices or the attitude. They will listen to you and give you what you ask for, whether it's the latest, trendiest look or the same haircut you've been getting for the last 20 years. You don't have to be one of the beautiful people to feel comfortable and welcome here. And did I mention, NO ATTITUDE, ever. Not only will you walk out looking and feeling great, Jason's laugh and Jessi's smile will make your day.

After reading the reviews, I decided to to make an appointment to fix an awful hair cut I received from another hair salon. Not only did they get me in the next day, Jason turned my horrible hair cut into a fabulous one. He also showed me some tricks to manage the parts that need to grow out. I have never had a stylist listen to what I want my hair to look like or show so much enthusiasm and determination! Thank you!

I have very "difficult" hair. It is wavy in all the wrong places, curly at the bottom, straight at the Jason's cut is excellent, he really went with the natural movement of my hair and I am very happy with the cut. I highly recommend this salon.

I found this salon from the Enjoy haircare website. I love Enjoy products and was pleased to find them in Tucson, especially after moving here from California. When I walked in I was greeted right away and given a fresh cup of tea.The salon employees are awesome! I had my hair done by the owner, Jason and it was the BEST highlights of my life! J. Moda Bella Salon in Tucson was the BEST customer service experience I have ever had in a salon. The owners are down to earth and staff was extremely friendly. Despite it's L.A style atmosphere, our bridal party was treated in a friendly manner. They were efficient and very professional. You can tell they really know the business. When we heard they just got back from the Emmy's we expected a huge bill, but it was very reasonable. Oh yeah, they had an endless supply of mimosas too!Tracy M.Chicago, Ill
