Columbus Worthington Air again promptly responded to our call. We had no heat on the first floor of the house, a problem that Kenny found was due to an igniter problem. Diagnosis and repair were completed in about thirty minutes - and no charges were incurred thanks to our maintenance plan with Worthington Air! Kenny was very professional and courteous.

Excellent work tuning up the furnace. Kept me in the loop on the progress and what he was doing.

The maint. techs at C-W Air are all very good. They answer all your questions, are courteous, respect your home, and clean up after themselves.

Ian was very thorough in explaining the suspected problems with the furnace. I then made the decision that it was more expedient to replace the furnace as it was 26 years old. Kurt came out to explain the options and was also very thorough in his explanation. The decision of what kind to buy was left completely up to me. Ian from Columbus Worthington Air came, was very polite about the need to switch out filters for proper heat and rechecked my furnace and noticed it was not connecting right and fixed a sensor. He was in and out within 40 minutes and was great at explaining all that was done. very pleased with service.

Kenny Ward was very professional and personable. I felt comfortable with his knowledge and skill. He assured me that my furnace was operating properly and no need for concern. He suggested an add on service but was not pushy I liked that attitude and I will use their service in the future.

Jamie T came to my home to fix my furnace. I had problems with voles getting in my unit and shutting it down. I have had this problem for years and my previous company would come and remove the voles, and said there was nothing more they could do. And, I would pay them year after year to do just that. Jamie came in to eval the problem, immediately went to home depot to get a piece to fix it and came back within 15 minutes to FIX the problem. He told me that they deal with this often, and after his fix, I should not have any more problems with voles shutting my unit down. I have no reason to believe any different, I trust what he says!! Cols Worth Air responded to my heating issue and had a tech to my home within hours. I would highly recommend this company, and Jamie T. to anybody that asks!!!

Easy to schedule and they offer a great discount for an hvac tune-up early in the season. Scheduler was friendly and courteous, as was Ken when he came to provide the service. We'll definitely call them in the spring to service the ac.

I was very happy with the service. My a/c was thoroughly checked and a check list was provided indicating each check point. The service technician was very professional. I thought it was nice that he used booties over his shoes to prevent tracking in dirt. He arrived within the time period and called before coming.. He also pointed out a part that maybe failing but did not high pressure me to replace it. I would use the company again. .
