Had our laptop serviced here two times now. The service provided was outstanding. Ken explained software and other related subject thoroughly along with giving suggestions. I would and do recommend Ken and Alpha Computer to anyone in need of any type of electronic services.
Ken serviced a laptop for me recently. The quality of the work was outstanding and the price was the lowest around. He is honest and will take his time to answer any questions that you have. Highly recommended.

I trust Ken with my computer and electronics more than anyone. He is honest, established, and goes above and beyond to give your merchandise back to you in better shape than when it was when you thought it was working fine. He explains everything he is going to do before he fixes it.; His rates don't change. He even calls to give you updates and always gets your authorization before he proceeds with repair. If Ken can't fix it then trust me...no one can. I would never go anywhere else to have my electronics repaired. He is the computer YODA. Thanks for all your time and effort Ken.
I've been a customer for a while now, every single time that I request their service with any type of problem it has has been resolved in a timely and professional manner, prices are very affordable and besides ( and very important) they stand by their work. Extremely satisfied, Highly recommended.
The computer upgrade I received at Alpha Computer of Jax today, was of five star plus quality with the best part of it all being the low prices they charge. The service manager was very polite and honest and even walked me through the entire process from start to finish. I'm telling you this is the best keep secret in town and if you don’t believe me, I challenge you to stop in and pay them a visit, the next time you have a computer need.

Provided by SuperpagesMy 5 year old pc runs better than new after Ken finished with it. I have never been able you use any of my hard drive space for pics or music without slowing my whole system down but now I can. I should have posted this reveiw 4 weeks ago but somthing told me to take the time out and write this reveiw. As a whole we always take time to complain so now I will take the time to compliment. Thanks ALPHA!!!

Provided by SuperpagesI can definitely recommend Alpha if you want an extremely knowledgeable tech to work on your desktop/laptop. The store/office is not much to look at, but the prices are great and the prices are very very low for what other places charge. This guy will not try to sell you anything to make a sale when only a small repair is needed. Very honest!

Provided by SuperpagesI could not believe his quote for my repair - it was half of the lowest prices I was quoted. I thought it would be a bandage fix but he gave a warranty and it had a full over haul + air blasted. The only downside is that you must set appointments do to that he always doing contract works fixing Plasma TV's.
