Rude, childish, and an utter disappointment!! I have used Appliance Source (Ron and Becca) on 3 occasions. On the first 2, they were adequate but expensive ($95 per hour for drive time and repair time). I considered myself a loyal customer and even referred business to them. NEVER AGAIN!
On the 3rd repair (began August of 2015), Ron performed the repairs, I paid him $500 for labor only (I bought the parts separately), we shook hands and he committed that he guaranteed his repair. The appliance broke again the next day. Since then I have experienced 3 no show, no calls for appointments set by his office. 7 weeks into the “repair”, I called and emailed the company and Ron several times to get a resolution.
The only reason I finally spoke to Ron was because he accidentally pocket dialed me and I stayed on the phone until he realized I was there. This is a ridiculous way to have to communicate. I was angry, offended, and disappointed at this treatment.
In business, every problem offers the opportunity to act as a hero. Instead, Appliance Source has chosen to push me, a loyal customer who has referred several additional customers to their company, to the side. In our last communication, Appliance Source stated they were determining how much to refund me for the problem. I never heard from them again. Goodbye Appliance Source – NEVER AGAIN!!

Provided by SuperpagesThis company is amazing. I called same day and got same day services. They worked on my Maytag Neptune. I was told it could not be fixed by another company. This tech came out and fixed it and never had another problem since. Great service!

Provided by SuperpagesVery unreliable company. After several visits to repair a refrigerator, it is still not working. Company made an appointment to come out and attempt again to repair, and did not show up. The next day when we called, set up a second appointment two days after the first. After waiting through the 4 hour appointment window with no arrival or contact whatsoever, my wife went out to do some errands. An hour and a half after the appointment window was over, the technician called to say he was on the way, and then insists that my wife cancelled because she was not sitting waiting for him. Company continues to insist that we cancelled appointment.
