Doesn't seem to want to answer a call in the Customer Service Department. I called the first time and hung up after 15 minutes. All I need is a fax number. I called a second time and pressed 0 to get to an operator. The operator couldn't provide me with a fax number and transferred me to Customer Service. The term "Customer Service" is used loosely; I've now been on hold for another 15 minutes and still counting...
