Very impressive service for the price, I shopped around a lot wasnt even sure I could afford to do this but Allen gave me a really good price so I decided to book. I wasn't really sure what to expect and I got more that what I expected! Henry was great and if I ever need a limousine again, Allen will be first on my list to call!

I used Allen Limousine for a night on the town with some friends. Upon booking I requested a stretch SUV, but when Allen Limo arrived, a cheesy party bus presented instead of the stretch SUV. I was never informed that there would be a cheesy bus instead of the SUV. I have attempted to contact Allen Limo for resolution to the problem but have never heard back from them.

Great service, affordable, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I would use this service again and recommend it to my family and friends. I was very suprised and impressed and hope to be able to use them again in the near future.

I recently used Allen Limousine service for my daughters prom. The two people I interacted with were accommodating, polite, and professional. Tammy booked the limo for me over the phone and was very helpful and patient with me while I was trying to put together an itinerary. Sergio, the driver, was 10 minutes early, had no issues dealing with a last minute itinerary change, and was as polite to my daughter and her friends as he was to me. The limousine was in great shape, I was charged for pickup time to delivery time, and there were no hidden fees (gratuity was extra but I was told this in advance). I will use Allen Limousine Service the next time I need a limousine.

We had a group of 250 people that came into Dallas for a company meeting and Allen Limousine was providing service for us, they went above and beyond what we expected, and we had no issues with the service, drivers were very professional. I highly recommend Allen Limousine for all your groups travel.

Ordered a car to the airport, driver was on time and friendly , nice car. Highly recommand.
