        I through my bill pay account accidentally sent my payment to the wrong electric company that was in March 2014. I have called you more than enough time for you to have refunded my monies

        I keep getting the run around from your representatives I need for you to refund to me

        193.82 I am a 70 year old senior on a fixed income and I need my money refunded to me.
