Angels sent from Heaven!! If not for Dale and Barbara, I would have had a massive melt down. My husband and I traveled from California to take care of my mother's affairs after her death. I was unsure of what I would do with her belongings that I wouldn't be able to bring back to California with me. They packed up furniture and many, many other household items and found charities that needed them. The Love and Care we received from Dale and Barbara was awesome and put my mind at ease. It was like they were really sent from Heaven...as if they got a call from up above and new the destination was my mother's home. I would not have made it through this tragic time without them. When you are faced with a difficult situation and are from out of town, you need to be able to trust the local businesses. Not only can you trust Dale and Barbara, you will come to view them as true friends. Compassionate to a fault, the true value that they provide is not the specific services (which range from clean up, to restoration to....... almost anything you can imagine) but in how they touch your heart. From the very first moment of a tragic death, Dale and Barbara where there for my family with information, a kind word, or any kind of service we could possibly need. These two individuals are truly a blessing from God and can only be described as angels on earth.

I called Crossroads because I could not bear to go through my father's apartment. Dale and Barbara did an amazing clean-up job. But more importantly, they handled his belongings with respect and care, as only a family member could. Many forgotten, happy memories were saved thanks to their loving touch. The crossroads team arrived within an hour to the scene of a death. They were extremely professional and prepared with all the necessary equipment and chemicals and biohazard suits. Our tragedy involved gruesome details which they handled meticulously and with great sensitivity and experience and thoughtfulness. They took care of details I would never have thought of, and then they returned to check on things such as odor. They came back to show and explain things to an insurance adjuster. I could not have asked for more and feel so lucky that they were recommended. On top of all their professionalism, though, the main memory I have is how kind and considerate they were.

Extremely Satisfied! We had an issue with a foul odor in the attic of our dental practice and as you know, it is imperative that a medical facility be impeccably clean and sanitary for the patients. Two pest control companies came out with no plausible results. We ended up having to shut down our practice for over a week at the inconvenience of our patients. After much research, I found Dale and Crossroads. They came out within an hour of my phone call and the problem had been located and remedied by that afternoon. We had patients back on the schedule and in the chairs at 8am the next morning! They are extremely professional, courteous and conscious of the environement in which they are working. Excellent work. We had a mysterious skunk odor in a newly constructed home and we could not get it out. Crossroads came out and found the offending dead skunk (built into a wall of the home) and then totally removed the smell. Highly recommended for any odor removal or mystery problem.

Words cannot express the gratitude I felt to not only meet such incredible people, but to have them help us through a tough time in a professional and caring manner. Dale and Barbara went above and beyond to address our questions and needs, and who also did a wonderful job cleaning our home. In fact, we initially delt with another company who expressed zero care or concern, and whose bottome line was money alone. Dale and Barbara were the answer to prayers we had not even been able to pray yet. Our father had already been dead for many days when he was found and we were notified. They met us at his house and were so professional and helpful. My brother and I were so shocked by the whole situation and they were able to answer questions and offer assistance in everything. We never would have imagined needing a service like this, but we are so thankful that they were the ones that came to our rescue! Thank You!!!

Dale and Barbara helped my family and I during the most difficult time of our lives. My step dad committed suicide in his and my mom's room. We were devastated and shocked. This is something that no one ever thinks they will go through and if it ever happens you really don't know where to turn. Someone at the police department recommended Crossroads. They were so very kind and understanding to our needs. Even after the job was completed they called to check on us and to offer any additional help coping with our loss. They cleaned up everything and prayed with us about what had happened. They really helped to make the house I grew up in feel normal and not scary. I highly recommend their services!

My children's father was found dead from a stroke and had been in the house for several days. We called Barbara & Dale and they left the Haltom City area that had been hit by a tornado and came to help us. They cleaned up the room he was in and when we didn't know how we were going to pay for the services, they were very giving. They prayed with my children and me and made the first ordeal we had to tackle much easier on everyone. I will never forget just how wonderful these two people are and how they made a horrible situation easier. Thank you both from me and my family.

There are angels here on earth! Being the only child of a single father's suicide was so difficult for me. I knew that I couldn't go into the same room where my father died. Dale and Barbara were called to the scene and handled EVERYTHING for me. I never had to see or experience any bad memories that I wouldn't be able to get out of my mind. On the phone with me until midnight, they went through everything for me WITH TOTAL TRUST! They also found some very important paperwork for me that I needed for the funeral. They told me they felt honored to do this for me. What people say that other than angels. It is hard to refer this couple to anyone, because you pray that you would never have to use them or know someone that would need to use them. But I hope this helps anyone who is looking for their service. I pray for you if you need them. DON"T LOOK ANY FURTHER-THESE ARE THE PEOPLE TO USE!!

We had such a traumatic experience in our family, and couldn't have imagined that a team whose job is so inconcievably difficult could have been compassionate, genuinely concerned people. If you are reading this review, I am sorry for the event that has brought you here, but know that our choice to use Crossroads completely set the tone for how we were able to address this awful part of our tremendous loss with a peace that we could not have expected.Dale and Barbara's caring and gentle nature helped us see that healing would eventually come, and to understand that even in the most inexplicable circumstances there will be healing at the end of the grief and pain.

As a Deputy Sheriff, I came in contact recently with Dale and Barbara at the scene of a teenage suicide. They were very professional, sincere people who care just as much about helping the family emotionally as they do their job. They are great Christians who do a difficult job, and do it with great compassion. I highly recommend their services.

My brother was found dead in his home several days after his death. Our family was not only shocked by his death, but had to deal with the clean up of his home following this tragic event. I called Crossroads and Dale and his wife, Barbara, were there in less than an hour. very friendly people and seem to be very careing

I bought a house recently that, after taking ownership, had a VERY serious odor. I was told by the Seller's Realtor the house had been closed up for 6 months and the former tenant was a 'light' smoker. The house smelled so foul I couldn't move in. I paid 2 different companies to get the smell out of the house. It was 'better', but still smelled like something had died. Initially I thought a crime scene company was a little strange, but I had tried everything and everyone else and still the horrible foul odor. Not to mention that I am extremely allergic to practically everything, especially smoke. Dale and Barb came, treated the cigarette smoke, plus Dale discovered the 2nd company who came to 'deep' clean had left 7 cups full of white vinegar on all my high up ledges that I didn't know about. Had it not been for Crossroads, I can only imagine how much more I would have spent getting the vinegar odor out that I didn't know about. It was worth ten times more than I paid! Highly recommend
