Floral department is not dependable. Even after requesting flowers a week ahead and talking at length with manager, I did not get what I paid for ($121). When I picked flowers up, there were mini-blooms, crumbling blooms, stems with no opened blooms on them, and off color blooms thrown in the mix. I got no help trading them out, so I did not have enough flowers for all of the arrangements. Manager only cared about the number of stems, not the flowers at the other end. When I complained, she was in denial. I should have gotten a refund of $30-40.

Used to love shopping at HEB, but customer service from the managers is the worst

One of the most accommodating grocery stores I've ever used. You have a very good selection of organic produce and products and seem willing to acquire more as your patrons request. Thank you for a job well done.
