Pet Love Mobile Grooming

I love Pet Love! I have used them for more than 7 years now and love the fact that my babies are not stressed when it is done. They park in my driveway and I provide an electric outlet. They come and get one at a time and return the first when done and take the second. They are done in less than 2 hours with both and they are clean, well groomed and smell wonderful. No shaking from fear, no stress from dryer crates...they don't use them...no crating at all. I love Pet Love.

The first time they came to my house to groom my yorkie I was pleased. The groomer arrived on time. She did a great job. I did not hesitate to make another appointment. The appointment was for 3:00 pm on Sunday afternoon. I waited 20 minutes before I call the office to inquire as to why the groomer had shown up at my house. The only response I got was we allow 45 minutes either way of the appointment time. This was NOT explained to me when I made the appointment. The woman I talked to didn't even offer me a solution to the misunderstanding it was as if she didn't care. If you want to use this company have them tell you all the rules
