        bTow Electric Company,Inc. is a family owned & operated business,which was established in 1991 as a sole proprietorship by David Tow under the name A-1 Electrical Service.As our company grew,we incorporated in July of 1999 under the name Tow Electric Company,Inc. In the early years, our company was engaged in primarily residential & small commercial projects.Service work & maintenance,and customer satisfaction are our number one goal.As time went on,we diversified and began doing bigger commercial projects with an empahasis in "new" Assisted Living Facilties,which comprised 14 facilities throughout the State of California.We then expanded into the Public Works arena,working under contract with many school districts to provide services such as: temporary power,modernizations,relocations of portable classrooms,and various new projects.

        Overall

        David Tow gave me a quote to install an additional outlet for my electric car. After spending hours at the store to get the items needed (he had me do it on my own) and waiting a week to have the job done, he failed to show up for the appointment. I called an hour after his appointment time and left a message. I received a return call from his son stating that David forgot about the appointment and couldn't come out for a week. He also increased the price of the job by $150! Completely unprofessional.
