Kwik Kar Lube & Tune

I have been going to this location for about a year but with what I can only assume is a new change in management this last visit was the worst I've had. The new "supervisor" not only exudes a fake sense of sincerity but openly abuses his employees in front of customers with no regard to either his employees or the customers feelings. His lack of control over his temper is honestly frightening and one has to wonder how his personal life is even existing at this point. When I confronted him about his way of handling his employees he refused to give me a number to call rudely told me never to come back. I discourage anyone from supporting a business who does not value feedback or their own employees. If you're looking for another kwik car and lube, the one off brown in Arlington is superb and explifies what customer service is really about.
