This attorney is NOT to be hired. You've been warned! I hired him in March and have not received ONE follow up call to my case. When I call it I may or may not get a call back. It takes 2 or 3 calls. He has no people skills and expressed no genuine concern for my case. The final straw was when he said we would be filing suit which after 3 weeks I call him and was told he would be filing suit soon but he had been on "vacation". This guy is a joke! You've been warned! I wasted 3 and a half months of my time and money, I'm only writing this review so no one else will be a victim of this so called attorney.

I filed an Adverse Possession case with him in 2009 and it's still not resolved. I can't get him to return my calls. Looking for another lawyer now and filing a complaint with the Bar Association. The last I heard from him was a short note in the mail and that was 12 months ago. He refuses to return my calls. I am out about $10,000 and stuck with a house I can't sell because the deed was forged. He is aware of all of this and won't help me. His secretary, Linda, is his wife and when I call she tells me one of two stories: 1) he's in court and will call you back (not holding my breath on that one) 2) why don't you swing by the office....really, I live in another State and can't "swing by the office". They will glady take your money but when it comes to doing the work you can forget it. I rue the day I met him.

Linda His secretary is very unprofessional. Requested email to be sent for a court date and she will not send one. Linda is making this attorneys office seem unprofessional and very disrespectful. I will not and do not recommend this Attorney. Norman Ewert tells you I will keep you updated and contact you if i need anything. I have not heard from him in 3 weeks. I finally get a hold of him and to find out I needed to get documents signed. He failed to communicate to me for two weeks and now this is taking longer then it should. He assured me once I file with the courts it takes 14 days then we get a court date. He didn't file until a month after I hired him and I paid in full the first session we had. I am on month 2 and no results. It is okay to say verbally court date is on day of, month of. follow with email so it can be added to a calender via cell phone. Seems like he is the only attorney with a secretary who is still not able to function in Office Software via Outlook. Take your chances if you like, I am writing this review to warn you about the lack of professionalism from Linda his Secretary. and Lack of meeting deadlines with the attorney. When losing a family member dealing with an obtuse secretary is not what you want to be dealing with. Linda time to find a new JOB.
