We offer state-of-the art blood screening tools and comprehensive physical exams to form a unique pre-anesthetic profile for each of our patients, which allows us to tailor your pet's anesthesia to his or her individual needs. Our experienced technicians monitor each patient closely throughout their procedure and recovery for values such as heart rate, respiratory rate, oxygen saturation, blood pressure, and body temperature.
In addition to routine spay and neuter procedures, we offer a variety of procedures such as (but not limited to) entropion correction, growth removal, feline declaw, dewclaw removal and tail docking for puppies, bladder surgery, and more. We also offer full dental cleanings, including ultrasonic scaling and polishing of the teeth, and extractions as needed.
Our in-house laboratory boasts the most current advancements in IDEXX diagnostic equipment, giving us the ability to diagnose and monitor your pet for a number of acute and chronic diseases such as (but not limited to) diabetes, hypo- or hyperthyroidism, kidney disease, pancreatitis, FIV/FeLV, Parvovirus, numerous tick-borne pathogens, and heartworm infections. We regularly monitor patients on Phenobarbital therapy in-house for therapeutic drug levels in the blood; and we also provide cytology, urinalysis, fecal examination, and digital radiography services on-site. We partner with IDEXX diagnostic laboratories when additional testing is warranted, such as in the diagnosis and monitoring of Cushing's or Addison's disease.
