Do not EVER use this cleaner. They ruined a pair of dress slacks by putting a hole in the leg. When I spoke to the owner she blamed me for the hole by saying that it was caused by "something" that I spilled on it before I brought them in. Unbelievable! She did not offer any apology or try to work out any accommodation for my loss. Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time - and I had used this cleaner for over a year. They lost a long time customer because of the lack of customer service!
