Not happy with their work and expensive.

WALDEN CLEANERS WORKS MIRACLES! I moved from California to Oklahoma to start a new job. Before leaving California, I bought four 100% wool Italian made suits, had them tailored, and immediately took them to a local dry cleaner. The dry cleaner in California MELTED PLASTIC into three of my four suits. I did not uncover this hideous truth until 10PM the night before starting my new job. I was distraught because I thought my brand new never worn suits were ruined. I drove my three suits from Edmond to Walden Cleaners in Norman, who were professional, courteous and helpful. Tonny (pronounced Tony) even took me in the back and started working on the suits in front of me showing how he would get the plastic out. After a couple days of working on the suits, Walden Cleaners called me back to say the SUITS LOOKED PERFECT; which they did. While picking up my suits, Tonny did not charge me a single cent for the service, and addition, gave me four cedar bags to protect my suits against moths. I 100% RECOMMEND Walden Cleaners to anyone and trust them implicitly.

I just noticed the post about the staples and must tell everyone , NO MORE STAPLES , finally now a way to put a small bar code in all the clothes , just think , No Staples , No Name , and now a new Conveyor even sorts the clothes , No Mistakes , well lets be honest 99.9 % of mistakes on re-sorting the clothes are all fixed . Please just call the Main Plant ( 321-6464 ) and come take a short tour and see just how much better it is . Yes I get to say it one more time , " No More Staples "
