The staff is very: skilled, friendly, remembers who you are and are professional.
Last year my dog developed an auto-immune disease. What with blood draws, and exams he spent a lot of time being stuck and prodded. What impressed me was, even with all the needles and pills, he was always willing to come to the vet. Plus, the vet staff seem to treat him as a favorite.
All in all a place that takes time to explain things and provides great care.
