Tim's Auto is an honest business and provides great service. Sometimes the bedside manner of there service desk is a little slack, but auto repair is a tough business and requires a lot of patience. I've been going their for years and have always been taken care of. If something wasn't done to my liking, Tim would make it right.

Bad bad bad. These people know how to make that money off of you. This is 100% the place to take your car if you want your bank account to be depleted. If you want taken advantage of and to be given an estimate for work you don't even need, take your car here. They will try to fix things that don't even need repair. I went in for one thing got an estimate for 18 things. These people aren't there for you, they are there for your money. While I was waiting in the lobby the Mexican guy who was writing up my estimate for exhaust was talking badly about the owner the entire time. Rubbed me the wrong way. He mentioned how they got no bonus...wabtvto know how they get that bonus?? upselling folks and keeping their money tight. I went in for simple exhaust issue that has since been taken care of by another shop but Tims automotive gave me a bill for nearly $3500 to make repairs on everything. 18 things. Mind you, everything they wanted to fix is still in working order and this car is still a daily driver. Left there very stressed out but thank god I found good mechanics in happy Valley to fix just my exhaust for only $250. They told me that Tims automotive is natorious for being high priced and for taking advantage of people. Every time I drive by, I give them the bird. If you have money and are well off, they will take care of you..trust me. Good luck and may the force be with you!!

Had no appointment but Jerry said if I left the car he would work it in. Then he had a cancellation and put it in that spot. I appreciate the customer service that is offered.

"I called Tim's Automotive Service and talked to Ryan. I told him that my car has a hard time shifting when vehicle cold. He said that I needed to have my transmission serviced and that it could mean that my transmission was going. I brought my car in and they supplied me with a loaner vehicle. It was a nice car to drive.

I received call the next day when car was completed. I was happy to hear that my transmission is fine. They flushed and added new fluid and fixed a couple leaks. Ryan also told me that I needed new brakes and to plan to do that within 3 months.

I was so ecstatic that my car was okay. Since I picked my vehicle up it is driving great. No problem anymore.

If you want up-front honest pricing, high quality work and unbeatable customer service, then Tim's is the place to go. Tim will tell you UP-FRONT what is wrong and how much it's going to cost to fix it; whereas these "chain mechanic shops" will get you engine apart and then tell you what's wrong and how much it's going to cost you, that's how they get you, but NOT Tim's. Bottom line... Tim's Automotive Repair is staffed by high quality mechanics, who live locally, and who will treat you right. Thanks Tim for the great service!!

My headlights were failing at same exactly time yet hi beams were fine. I expected a complex problem and costly repair bill but the mechanic found the problem, and I was on my way.
