Precision Tune Auto Care

i have been to several locations and not impressed and would not recommend them to anyone else. at this location I was told when I went in for an oil change and had already paid, that they forgot to charge me for the filter and that was normally xx$ but they only charged me $10. REALLY?! didn't realize the filter did not come with the oil change esp. when I just got charged $80 for the oil change, on a tiny car, not even a big truck!!!

I paid for the premium oil change today. They said I had to so they would top off all the fluids and air up the tires (my tire sensor said they were low on air) I was perfectly okay with this. I got in my car after the service was finished and my tire sensor said they were still low. I went back in and said they were and the guy talked down to me like I was an idiot and told me my sensors were messed up. So I left, not wanting to pay more money when I knew my sensors were fine. I checked my tires and they were 13LBS Low in each tire, I aired them up and the sensor immediately went off. This tells me not only did they not fill them, they didn't even check them. On the "services performed" sheet it also says they topped off my windshield cleaning fluid. I went to use it and it is completely empty. After both of these events I decided to check if they even changed my oil. I put some brand new oil on a towel and compared it to the oil in my car and it is VERY obvious it is not new oil in my car. I trusted this company to take care of my car and all they did was rip me off. I will NEVER go here again.

I took my car in for an oil change. No leaks whatsoever of any type when I did. Now it leaks oil. I'm having to take it back tomorrow, which is an enormous headache that I don't have time for. Seriously, how difficult is it to change the oil? It's the most basic service they can perform. How many have they done? And they still can't get it right? Very incompetent group of people. Don't waste your time and money. Stay far away!

I went to this establishment initially to have alignment work done and an oil change while I was there because of a coupon I received in the mail. After dropping off my car, I got a call saying joints would have to be replaced for 100 a piece and labor of $260!! After telling him no to that repair, I picked up my car from the oil change, drove it a few miles and my oil light turned on. I returned back, they looked at it, checked the connections and told me now it was my oil pump which would be a 100 dollar part but $600 for labor which is out of control. I've gone to walmart for years and never had a problem, I drove my car to this business running fine as a whistle, picked it up and now it won't crank right and I'm having it towed away. Way too many coincidences that arose from a simple oil change. Needless to say I will not be using this place of business ever again. I felt I was being targeted as a young woman they saw as naïve but they are not getting anymore of my money, ill take it somewhere where I trust.
