I have taken vehicles to this business for over 20 years & sent well over 100 friends, acquaintances and strangers there, over the years, with zero complaints. Customers are treated with respect, never have heard one legit bad thing.

Took my camper up there to have the wheel bearings repacked and the brakes adjusted if need be. Their price was the lowest in town and I heard good things about them. Had good turn around time. Went to pick it up and noticed something wrong with the brakes. They would take forever to stop the truck and trailer when fully applying the trailer brakes only, even with the gain maxed out. They told me when they called that the brakes looked brand new. I was picking it up after hours so I left it there and called the next day to express my concern. They said they would look into it. When I called back to check on it later in the day, they said it was done and that nothing was wrong with the brakes. I told them again, the way I check it and how it always jerks me to a stop (the way it should), and was told that they “don’t believe that it did that”. Was told that they the factory trailer brakes are too small (may be true, but still, I know how my camper acts), and that their “junk”. Was also told that in order to work properly they should be loose. When I brought up that that’s not possible and something has to be wrong because even a friends camper will lock up the tires on the expressway at 65mph (he found this out last year when someone pulled out in front of him), I was told quite rudely, to just come get my trailer. Well that’s what I did. Came and got it. Brakes the same way. To make things worse, I get home with the camper and feel where the bearings are, and their hotter than they have ever been before! Issue is, this place is 5 miles from my house! No way they should be that hot, in that short of a distance. Now, 2 weeks before we are suppose to leave for 4th of July weekend, I have to find someone to fix the brakes, and repack the bearings. Unbelievable. I believe the guys name I talked to was mike. Needless to say, nothing of mine will ever be brought to them again. Maybe their good with vehicles, but take your trailers elsewhere.
