I have a 2017 Chevy Traverse that had front end damage. I was referred by a friend from work and boy am I happy I was. Not only did Top Quality Collision quote lower than my other quotes (beat one of them by 1/2), when the work was finished (on-time by the way), the final cost came in even lower than what I expected! I was even given a loaner car to use for the 3 days they worked on my car. I am extremely happy with how my car looks and if I ever need it again, I will always take my car here. Great job guys!

I work with Church and Sons Auto Repair and we send all of our customers and vehicles that need body repair to Top Quality. They repair vehicles in a timely manner and have always been more than happy to help in any situation. I recommend them to all my customers and have never had a bad report. The vehicles we have sent have always come back in great condition and they have many options for pricing. I highly recommend this company!

At Top Quality Collision our 1st concern is a quality repair & returning your vehicle to pre-loss condition. Our 2nd priority is doing this as fast as we can, both the shop & the customer benefit from a speedy repair. One of the ways we achieve this is by scheduling jobs & having ALL of the parts in shop & ready when the job arrives. If a vehicle is dropped off with no appointment we will not have scheduled a place in our shop or ordered any parts. If Your insurance company locates used parts & we receive them in poor condition we will NOT install them on your car. If you drop off your car based on when we are expecting a vendor to deliver parts to us that is okay but we have no control over the actual delivery date. If we install a used door on a 12 year old vehicle & you develop engine problems it is most likely a coincidence...

It took two months to get my car repaired by Stop Quality... If time is an issue, go somewhere else! We contacted them because we had prior experience and know they're inexpensive. I initially contacted Top Quality about repairs through my car insurance, Allstate, on April 30, 2013. At that time Top Quality had a copy of the estimate for repairs. The next day, they also looked over our car to confirm necessary repairs. Since then, we have had the car to this shop 3 times and had it given back to us 3 times without receiving all the necessary repairs. We were given excuse after excuse about not getting acceptable parts, but the biggest problem was that the only times we found out they had gotten the necessary parts were after WE had called THEM: they have not contacted us once to let us know they had our parts! One week ago, they said they would have the last necessary part for our car, and we still had to call them today. They said they got it a couple days ago! We are finally (hopefully) getting all the repairs done today, June 26, 2013. It has taken nearly two months to get all the repairs done! Also, since the last time I got it back, the car makes a tinking sound and sputters. The shop claims this is a coincidence...
