Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I have been using this location for around 3 yrs. now and I must say the people here are great. Every time I go in they are always in a good mood and happy to help. Due to the fact that this is considered a training branch, I see new faces about every two to three months. This does not have an impact on the awesome customer service that you get from the team @ Enterprise DeSoto. I have been to countless Enterprise branches in around the US and I believe my local one is the best!

As with many businesses, one gets to the point where we have certain expectations of how you will be treated as a customer. When I walk in to the Desoto Enterprise office, I am blown away. The dedication to customer service is what I have envisioned happened in the "old days" You are greeted by name, engaged with interesting conversation all while being provided the service of a vehicle in a quick and efficient. The Manager and staff at this location are FAR above and beyond the staff I have encountered at other Enterprise or other rental company stores.

Outstanding standing customer service! The employees are very, very professional, attentive/accommodating, knowledgeable, informative, and personable. The cars are always clean, operable and up to date. This is the only place I rent from, I always leave there satisfied of my rental, and the prices. The only problem I have is.. I never want to return the vehicle!! They are that good.

was in and out love the car got good mileage and customer service was excellent. upon return I did not have to wait I have been an enterprise customer for 10yrs enjoy the service and location

The staff at Enterprise did a great job as usual and I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent a car for whatever purpose.

Was a busy Friday evening, Reps were professional and helpful with my rental purchase. They were able to supply me with a car. Car was clean, had fuel, and they even told me about some of the functions on the car. Rep was very informative and help full. In and out in 20 minutes on a busy day.

I had a very bad experience with THE JOLY GREEN GAINT.(ENTERPRISE), this location, and overall.

I was not asked to give up my seat on the bus, I was asked get off the bus, (How is that for a metaphor). In a very unmoral way. You have to respect the hussle.

I know the giant as 75% bi polar and 25% with good intention.

I am starting in motion creating of a process that will change forever a large corporation rolling over one single consumer, I will report as I cure or shrink this ideological personally and hold this CO Accountable. ALL PLAYERS NEED TO PAY ATTENTION. The people involved will say I new that guy.

I am creating new software that leaves this CO and others like it accountable. Because I am a CO myself I am also creating the counter programing and create total transparency on both sides and changing reviews forever.

The review wants a star,( I will fix that to) they don't deserve it but as is it demands something.

I really appreciate the Desoto lancaster enterprise, every time I go in there. The associate there really take care of buisness. Always professional, and they work diligently to get me taken care of in a timely manner. That means a lot in this day and time
