        I love having a new car every few years, have never kept a car long enough to change the tires because when I go into Mac Haik I always see something new I want. I have purchased 5-6 cars from the same sales person Andy Sattler who I am surprised is still a sales person there. The last trip there I was shocked to still see him because normally great sales people like Andy are promoted or get scooped up by other companies. His vast knowledge of the Ford lineup should make Ford themselves come down and give him bonuses. He is a Ford guy drives them and sales them. The Ford dealership down the road all the sales people drive other models that shouldn't even be allowed to park on the Ford parking lot. The experience at Mac Haik is quick and painless. I just hope Mac Haik keeps Andy around because if he transfers to another dealership I would probably follow him over there.

        Not a happy camper! I scheduled an appointment online to get a recall fixed and I drive into the place from Midlothian Texas, just to find out that the appointment was not made. Apparently the person who was supposed to take care of me no longer worked there. Well, they asked if I was still going to drop off the car and let them perform the repair later that day. Well, NO!! I asked for a rental and they do not give rental for recalls. I have not been very pleased with my Ford Fiesta and after this encounter I will never purchase a Ford again. I would strongly recommend to you as well to stay away from Ford.

        the service center isn't very helpful or do they know how to treat customers. their stories on what is wrong with your car keeps changing. they want you to fix the car for them. they don't care. the service manager corwin will tell you anything to try and shut you up. all I can say is read all the reviews from all web sites and you can judge for yourself. my wifes car had 3000 miles on it and the front strut went out. they fixed it they said. the car still makes the noise and is getting louder. at 5000 miles we took it back in and they will not even look at car now.

        We just bought a car from Mac ...

        We just bought a car from Mac Haik Desoto and I cant express enough how wonderful our experience was! Charles was our salesman and he was so knowledgeable, kind and very helpful. Finance was amazing as well, I never thought I would have such a great experience at a car dealership! If you are looking for a car i would definetly stop by (Make sure you go see Charles:), they go above and beyond to help you get the car you are looking for, and one you can afford! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great deal & great experience!!
