Super great guys! When you buy a used car there's always some concerns but they made it easy. Didn't high pressure and we're super reasonable. Gave me a great deal. Car was everything they said it would be, and they in house financed me with no hassles. Would definitely buy a car here again.

These people are GREAT! I needed an affordable, reliable vehicle and that's what I got. The car I bought was a 2001 Prius. It is an older car and the first thing that begins to fail on this model car is the hybrid battery. I drove it for a year an when the battery started to show signs of wear Carmasterpros took care of the problem right away and didn't charge me anything. They have integrity and I will by my next car from them. Also they were just really friendly and easy to work with.

I bought a car two years ago so far I did not have any issue. I came back to buy another car last month. They have good customer service. I'm very picky and they were very patient. I recommend their business to anyone. Junes B.

I was looking for a good used Mercedes and on a lark, I stumbled onto these guys. They care about the cars they sell. They make sure the cars they sell go off their lot in good shape. With the car I purchased, they replaced the brake pads before I got there, and they had replaced the front sway bars and bushings on the front end. I was able to work a deal with them on the front tires. They paid half, and I paid the other half. They had the front tires replaced before I picked the car up only 12 hours later, and they pointed out the wear issue with the front tires when I was looking at the car.



They had the Carfax, which I had pulled before I got there, and went it over it with me. They were honest about it all. I love the car. It was a good purchase.



One caveat. they would get a five, but the tire replacement was a bit of a negotiation sticking point for me. Probably my fault, but they could have made things more clear. I ending up splitting the difference with them, which was fair.



I couldn't be more happier with the car. It is a very clean, good car, inside and out. I had it serviced and checked right after buying it, and the mechanics told me that is a great car. Paid a slight bit more than others I looked at, but the others were always trying to downplay issues and upsell. These guys acknowledge the issues and they paid the money to fix them before selling it and were very no pressure sales.



My impression - honest guys with a knack for stocking their inventory with really good stuff.



All in all a great experience. My son turns driving age in a few years, and I will be going back.

I was pleased with the good selection of vehicles this dealership had. The service I received was above what I expected. They had just the right car for me, and made me feel at ease with my purchase. What suprised me most was the care I recieved after my purchase, after I left. I was mentioning a problem I had with another vehicle I have. They tracked down the part
and helped me get quicker then I could've done on my own. I will definitely send my friends and family to Car Master Pros!
