        Bad Service Attitude

        Went to the Druid Hills location for an oil change the end of April. Told the manager the air filter was fine (I had just changed it) so please don't bother. He started removing the air filter anyway. When I demanded that he stop, he told me he was doing it anyway, whether I liked it or not, because he would get fired if he did not. The only way to stop him would have been by force. If the oil had not been drained and not refilled yet, I probably would have closed the hood on his arms. What a jerk they have running the location. I'll never go back. Great way to treat a customer.
