Great place to get your car fixed.

They fixed my car right the first time!

Terrible! They didn't want to "worry" me with repairs and insurance. They had my car for over a month and a half with little communication. I had to call them and they gave me attitude and told me "They will call me" which they didn't do. When I went to pick up my car the paint had drips and chrome was dented in my "brand new" rim. Which I later found out was from a scrap yard. After they fixed the paint and found me yet another rim from a scrap yard I picked up my car just to realize that there wasn't anymore then gas fumes in the tank and a plastic piece was missing from my drivers side door which they claim was "vacuumed up" When brought to their attention they told me they would order and new one and call me back. Over a week later with no phone call of course I went up to the body shop where they gave me one from a parts car since they never ordered it. Terrible terrible customer service AND body shop work. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I just got my car back and I don't think I could be more disappointed or upset with it.



I took my car in on 27 May for what they assured me would be a three day repair. Today, 9 June, it's finally done. One of the reasons I picked this shop was because of the convenient drop off service they offered for the vehicles, considering I'm pregnant and always sick lately, that was a really big plus for me. I called them today to see if it was finally ready and Greg said it was, but he couldn't spare anyone to drop the vehicle off to me. When I finally got back to my car, they hadn't even bothered to wash it, there was actual dust on the car, I can only assume from the welding and shop work and the inside was a wreck. They are also little white spots in the paint I can only hope are just more dirt from the shop and will wash right out. I also was down a 1/4th of a tank from what it was when I brought it in and had at least 20 extra miles. My car didn't go in for any service other then repairing the door, when the car when into the shop it was still drivable so why it needed to be driven while it was in the shop other than around the parking lot or from station to station is beyond me. I will never make the mistake of going to this place ever again.
