had used them for service on my bike. Every time seemed like they would find extra stuff wrong. When you tell them don't worry about that, they would make the problem seem much worse and get you to buy into the work they want to do. Got tired of it and brought it somewhere else. When I'd tell the other place what ft. hood harley guys said, eyes would roll and in a few cases the response was "they said what!" Really" If that doesn't say a lot right there. The nickle and dime you at ft hood harley. Just add a few zeros to the back of the nickle and dimes though. They also will only sell HD stuff and Dunlop. Dunlop is over priced and there are better tires for cheaper. But you can't get them at harley. if you do, they have to order it (which will take forever) and they charge you for a special order so its not cheaper any more. Uggghhh! Better off going some place else. Ask around there are other places which will do the work you ask them without making up stuff.

Don't get your bike worked on there, especially if you did not buy it there. They are shady at best and take forever to not only find parts but install them. I was told things by their supposedly certified mechanics that defy not only logic, but mechanical knowledge. In the end, even after spending a lot of money, I still had to take the bike to Kay's to get it fixed properly.
