Is there an option to put -1000? The worst POS job i have ever seen in my life. today is February 19 2014 i was rear ended in mid November well i was referred to them by a coworker the guy promises me my car is going to look the exact same as it did before the accident.. Well he said that the $2,400 check the insurance company was giving me was probably not enough that they were going to have to ask them to come out again after the bumper was removed to see the extra damages. And I was told that the insurance had to send them another check. Well i picked up my car... It didn't have the Accord emblem on the rear it didn't have the Honda emblem either it didn't have the muffler tail pipe and i had to slam my trunk 3-4 times before the bumper can close.. Not only that you can clearly tell the difference of the color. Next the lights are forced in they are coming out the sides! They put in the same old lock from the other damaged trunk! And the rubber gasket from inside the trunk was all broken.... And also the pain looked chip on the sides of the bumper. I didn't leave the car there because I didn't have more time with the rental he promised to fix it the right way another day.. So i brought it in another day at 4pm and he says the guy that works for him isn't there i was like wait you told me it was you working on the car not no one else working for you. He always had something to say to excuse himself him and his wife... I brought it in another day a month later.. I cant miss work and now i cant even rent another car... Well he put in the emblems missing supposedly changed the lock. The car was a little better to close but still had to be slammed.. As for the lights he said that it was supposed to look that way i clearly told him i knew how my car looked and that it didnt look like that... He kept arguing the fact that it did it was supposed to have that much space between the bumper and fender and that it did had to have that much space between the trunk and top of the fender... My car didnt look like this.. Lights all out of place... He didnt even offer to fix it he just says thats the way it looks... Ok... Today i just noticed my trunk paint is cracking and coming off! I took it to another body shop and they said this is the worst job the have seen that these people didnt pull the car enough to make the parts fit exact.. And that the paint is chipping for the same reason and also the slamming. They gave me a number to fail a claim with the city of Miami. I went to him today and now he wants to offer to fix it.. And says he doesn't care if i take it to the city.. DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE... this is also a mechanic shop BEWARE
