Terrible Service

Horrible experience at this dealership. I made the mistake of trusting the service manager Mitch. I went to get my car after repairs and my car wouldn't start. The key that worked before mysteriously wouldn't unlock or start my car. I was left standing outside while they tried to find my key. I was told they would make another key at my expense. I refused that offer. Then the tried to bypass my keyless entry. I was left standing outside for over an hour. I waited patiently and was told my battery was dead and there was no way to bypass the system with a dead battery. Mitch then told me I couldn't take my car because the battery had to charge all night. I returned the next day and didn't even get an apology or the right key to my car. They got their $1400.00 though... Please learn from my expensive mistake! I wouldn't wish that experience on anyone..
