Quote 600 for timing belt, 135 for water pump. Actual $735.
Blamed it on fees, misc and the EPA.

I purchased an Outback here today. I first contacted Stephanie in January when I started planning a purchase. She was extremely helpful and respected my request to delay my contact and purchase due to a family matter that came up unexpectedly. Then when I got back with her four months later; she went out of her way to accommodate my crazy schedule and requests. There was never any pressure and I highly recommend this dealership and Stephanie in particular. Joseph in the finance department was awesome as well.

We bought a pre-owned car at this dealership and have had nothing but trouble. The dealer admitted at a later stage that they knew that the car had an oil leak, but sold it anyway without fixing the car. We have since spend nearly $2,000 to repair the car (which is worth about $6,000), which were engine-related, and potentially related to the existing oil leak.



Every time we interacted with the dealership, we were faced with nothing but arrogance and bad service (e.g., when we tried to find a solution, the general manager said "I don't want to look into the past, but the way forward"), which aimed at getting more money out of us.



I would strongly recommend to stay far away from this dealership! We have since interacted with other Subaru dealers in the same area with significantly better service!

It is the fastest and simplest car purchase and finance that I have ever done.

The staff address all my concerns. The sales mgr did my finance in under 15 min.

And they included a nice maintenance contract. After 45 years of GM, I am Subaru convert!
