Blessed Properties

After seeing the negative reviews, I was compelled to add my comments. My experience was completely opposite of the folks on here complaining. Patrick is a veteran and very honest man. I have rented property in the past and I have never had a renter I liked. My experience with renters was so bad, I sold my properties. So, as you read these comments from renters do so with caution.

I've been a business owner for many years and had great and awful clients. I have known the owners of Blessed Properties along time. Their hearts desire is to help people. I'm wondering why after reading these reviews nothing was mentioned about what YOU the tenant did. I mean seriously when they managed my property they laid everything out in black and white. They even showed me the lease, the landlord rules, that lease movie, ALL the notices on the walls, and answered every crazy question I had. Are they not informing you of what's required? And the person who got the email about the over payment. Wasn't that a good thing? You obviously didn't know and they told you that must mean you got your money back, right? And what exactly did the person mean it goes from Tammie to Tosha to Patrick and they back each other. I mean did the answer change, did the info change, for one person to the other, what?? Those guys are honest they won't lie they are not greedy they hold themselves to a high ethical standard. He was the same way when we were on actice duty. You might not like their answer but I'll bet money the answer is by the book. And don't worry they didn't write the book they just read it, cover to cover!!

I had a positive experience with Blessed Properties. I was able to reserve a rental property, site unseen, while I was deployed. This made my move smooth and quick when I returned to the states. I rented a house for two years. During that time I had a few maintenance requests that were responded to within 48 hours.



When our A/C broke, they were quicker (although it must be 103 degrees for it to be an emergency request). They have a new online data base that you can pay rent and submit maintenance requests, so everything is documented. They also do house inspections every 3-4 months and take photos of the house for the owner and cite anything that needs attention (i.e. A/C filter).



When I moved out I elected to clean the house myself and clean the carpets. I received approximately 70% of my deposit back within the month I moved out. Their staff seems to have a low turnover, so I worked with the same people during my time in Killeen. I was never late on rent, so I don't know how they respond to personal issues. Overall, I would recommend Blessed Properties.

DO NOT BE DECEIVED BY THE NAME! Horrible, Horrible, HORRIBLE people. I think these people woke up one day and said I'm going to start a property management company. They are miserable and take it out on their customers. We were repeatedly ignored for work orders. Our AC went out in August and had to wait a week because they kept "forgetting" to put in the order. The owners called and yelled at me for being "disrespectful" to their employee when I can assure you it was the exact opposite. Probably the worst experience we have ever had at any duty station with any property management.

They are extremely fake. They act like they care, they act like they want to help others but don't. If you pay rent late you are automatically a horrible person. A just found out they have been charging us more for rent than supposed to. Thanks to an email from THEM. They are not military friendly, they are money hungry. I'm more than ecstatic to not have to deal with them anymore.

If I could give no star, I would. Blessed Properties never made me or my family fell welcomed except for the day they write trying to rent out property to us. They're we're multiple incidents where we were not put first as the customer, instead others were. Getting maintenance took way too long, and the two women working at the office, one being Tammy, the other Tasha, are extremely rude. They were so ride as to laughing in me and my wife's face when adding did we need to be there for an inspection and arguing, which included yelling, over the phone with my wife,.
