This is my second car from ticket to ride the first car is now 10 years older and still running but my wife needed a new car so we headed down to Lancaster where we met Javier I thought we were going to drive him crazy with all the cars we test drove that day but instead he always had a smile and a warm car waiting when we got back to drive the next 1. I left with money in my pocket and my wife had a car she loved!!

all my life I have found buying a car a difficult and stressful thing to deal with. I have written A LOT of bad reviews for places that jus couldn't get the job done, whether it was lack of quality vehicles or terrible employees. ticket to ride and sales rep Chuck have completely changed my outlook on the car buying process! i left more then happy with a fine set of wheels!!!

If your looking for a great place to get a car but you dont have the greatest credit history this is the place to go!! I recommend you ask for Javier too.

A couple months ago I bought a car at Ticket to Ride. I wasnt sure about it at first but I decided to give it a try. I happen to have a great salesman Javier who helped me out and got me in a great car but thats not what impressed me most actually you know everyones great when there trying to get a sale! Its what happened when I had a little car trouble that impressed me. I called in spoke to Javier he assured me they would help me out and they did. Everyone there was helpful and got my car in and out of service quickly. Im glad I have a place I can trust.

After weeks of trying to get approved at many places I finally walked into Ticket to Ride. I was greeted by a sales man Javier. I had told him that I was in desperate need of a car and without one I would lose my job. I didnt have good credit but had a decent job and I just needed someone to help me out. He explained that he would do everything he can to help me and thats exactly what he did. I left that day in a new car that I love. Thank goodness for ticket to ride and the awesome group of people that work there including my sales guy Javier. I walked in there in desperate need of a car but I wasnt willing to be taken advantage of either. I was surprised to see how honest and upfront everyone was. I left there with a car I love and payments I could manage. Its been a couple months now and Im still very happy with my new to ME car :0)!
