I loved my experience at Ticket to Ride! I had a great sales person Javier that was helpful from the beginning. When nobody would help us out they did. I couldnt be happier with my car and even when it needed service the warranty on it was great and I was back in my car in no time. I would recommend this place to anyone that has had some credit problems

me and my sister are having the same problem with them .....they keep telling me there is nothing wrong with my car...but there is ....i even have a video of the car not working...they are a RIPOFF!..

I gotta tell ya to check this place out! I've been turned down so many times by other places, that I lost count. This place is sooo different, they actually took the time to go over my budget....EVERYTHING that I spend each week. May sound a little crazy, but they actually cared to see me get into a car that I could actually afford and not just trying to sell me a car and shove me out the door! I've never experienced that in a used car dealership. Everyone that I met there treated me like I was a human being and not a number. My salesman was just the nicest person and he told me about how Ticket to ride helps you rebuild your credit. He even introduced me to just about everyone in the whole place. I got to meet the sales manager, the service deprtment team and even the ladies who answer the phones. and after they found a car that my budget would ACTUALLY allow...( an 03 taurus) I went through this "loan closing" process thing, where they explain what my car's warranty is...(which is a limited 12 months or 12,000 warranty, that only has a $50 deductable), the lady said that my warranty does not cover any towing or rent a car and she also told me about what would happen if I were to stop paying for my car. It was a lot to go through, but it was nice that they explained how they work and just about every detail that I never imagined. I've now been in my taurus for just about a year now and havent had any major problems. not bad for a used car I think. anyways, if your credit sucks like mine does and you need a vehicle, I would highly suggest you check this place out

My son bought a car back in June 2011.. They car had a noise in the steering wheel and the Spanish guy who sold us the car said it was checked out and fine. So my son bought the 2001 Chevy impala. Before 30 days was up the chech engine light came on and he took it back to dealer they said it was a misfire a supposedly fixed it. Now two weeks later after the 30 days were up the chech engine light came back up this time it was an upstream sensor and was no longer covered by the warranty. So we had to fix that. Then in November of 2011 after replacing the tires the tire rod went on the car. We had to have that replaced . Then in January when it was due for inspection the serpentine belt broke.. Now consider he moved to PGH to go to college so no way to get it back to dealer.. So when the belt broke we had to put the serpentine belt ,harmonic stabilizer which cost us over $600 to fix and the sway bar was broke as well we had to replace that as well... One week after fixing that the catalytic converter n the engine broke then they wanted us to fix this for $2700 after putting all that money into it we could not put any more money into car.i called the service manager Ty n he wanted me to have it towed back there do he could look at it.. Callers around to have it towers it was over $500 to do so... Then I get a call from someone named Venison bout the one missed payment my son had not made n she was smart and ignorant and said to me we give everyone a 12 month 12 thousand mile warranty I corrected her and said you don't give it you make people buy it.either way the car would had come back to you n it was undriveable n how do you suppose we get it there? Her only comment was I'll send someone for car.. Hmmm but you can send someone for it for one missed payment but not to fix it?Makes sense huh especially when ALL payments were made on time.so be smart people I contacted a lawyer n he told me to contact the BBB and the attorney general which I did.i just want the car fixed without us sticking anymore money into it n we will gladly make up the $163 dollar payment which I told my son not to pay after all this went wrong with it n I got nowhere with the service manager Ty. Also the lawyer told me to take to small claims court which we will do if no resolution. So beware the BBB and attorney general has been contacted on this place n go somewhere else for your car these people are rip offs n don't want to fix their cars correctly

Don't listen to the nay sayers! My sister and I just financed a very nice 2003 Hyundai Elantra with only 80,000 miles on it from Ticket To Ride. Their sales team worked very well with us to put us in a car that is affordable. The interest rate is high, but that comes with the territory of purchasing a car with bad/unestablished credit. I went to TTR after being denied a loan from another dealership because of my student loans and am SO HAPPY I could drive home with a car the same day. I would recommend TTR to anyone looking to buy a car who has bad/unestablished credit, their sales team really does want to help you!!!

Terrible place. Have had car for only 6 mos. already motor had to be replaced and now more issues. Do nothing in the way of helping you find alternate transportation, they have had my car a total of 2 weeks just doing repairs. Interest rate is astronomically high and is abusive to those w/ poor credit. Would NEVER recommend to anyone. Management are rude, manipulative, money grubbing, soulless leeches!!

The people at this company truly are here to help. I had two problems with my vehicle and in both instances the sales manager helped take care of my concerns. I would suggest anyone that truly has bad credit to give them a chance and they may be able to help you. I'm 2 years into my loan and have already seen an expediated growth in my credit score which I am overly thankful for!! CHECK THEM OUT!!!!

I went to ticket to ride to see about getting a new car cause I had no credit.yet. Let me tell you the sales and service dept have my up most respect. They got me into a wonderful used car with no problem. When I needed my oil pan replaced and had no way of getting to work ticket to ride went out of there way to make sure I got to work. When I got into my car accident they made sure I got a good quality car again. These men and women are so kind and nice and take care of there customers. I tell all my friend and family about the wonderful service I reseive from ticket to ride. In fact my mom got a car from them. Thet work with you to make sure you can afford a car but also can afford one in your budget. If you need a car and dont gave good credit or no credit go to them. And in the long run they"re helpping you rebuild it too so go to ticket to ride they will make u feel like a person buying a car not just another customer

I recently paid off a car I got there. I bought a 2001 Chevy cavalier. it wasn't the vehicle I had in mind when I bought it, but after the salesman told me about how there program worked I decided to give it a shot. Previous to going there I went to a couple other dealerships they told me I needed a cobyer because my credit score was a 510. I just traded the Cavalier in at Jones Honda for a 2009 Honda civic. My credit score is now 640. I want to thank all the people at Ticket to Ride helping me realize how important my credit score is to me.

This place is horrible. Cars are over priced junk! The owner there her name is Beth had a such a attitude after my car died after 2 days tell me it's not her problem and would not even honor warranty! They she stated I don't like it sue her. I already gave them over $2,000 of my tax money and now I got a car that don't work! I drove it 7 miles! Sells junk $2,500 cars for $11,000. Save your cash or buy somewhere else.

This company use to be JD BYRIDER AND THE SAME PEOPLE OWN IT AND RUN IT JUST UNDER ANOTHER NAME NOW. Well where do I start, 1st thing is the only reason you buy a car here is if you have bad credit....right?... Lots of better ways to build your credit then deal with these guys. All there cars are worth $2,500-$5,000 by kelley blue book and they are asking $10,000-13,000 for them with 21% interest. Service is bad real bad DONT RETURN PHONE CALLS AND JUST PLAN IGNORE YOU. If you cant get approve anywhere but here....DONT BOTHER... go to a buy here pay here and with the money you save pay off some off your old dept. payin off old dept will do more for your credit then buying a car here and payin 4 times the amount it is worth. THE ONLY REASON THEY HAVE THERE OWN FINANCING IS B/C NO OTHER BANK WILL FINANCE A CAR THAT IS WORTH ONLY$2,500- $5,000 TOPS AND CHARGE $12,000 PLUS 21%. BANK NO THAT IS BAD BUSINESS. IT IS SETTING YOU UP TO FAIL.

I want to let people know that there is a place where you can go and get a good car that fits your budget and get your credit back! I was treated with respect and compassion! The bank is right in the store, the loan officer comes out to talk with you about your finances to help make sure you don't get in over your head. No one else has ever done that. I was told "no" by three other dealerships, or i had to come up with 3000.00! I was approved in under an hour and drove home in my 2002 Chrysler Sebring Convertible.
